Exchange process :
Our maximum respond time is 48 working hour due to bulk messages.
Once we get to see your case, Our Customer Care Executive will examine the entire issue and cross verify it with confirmation – If the Shared Unboxing Video is Fake / Re Packed / Not from Start to end / Issue / etc ,We will not able to entrain the case.
Note : Make Sure, Article should be in its original and unused condition with
intact packaging and tags.
And on the other hand, if everything is ok – We will approve the Exchange.
Once you are eligible for Exchange
- We will send you our address where u have to send the parcel back to us
- You have to pack Particular Article just like you received – Safe and Secured with bobble Wrapped
We will Dispatch new Article only after Receiving and Reviewing Return Parcel.
Refund Process :
Although we don’t have any option for Refund but in any case of any time ,
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only.
The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
